Personal Information Complaints Procedures
Please send any complaints, or challenges about Mortgage Gate Corporation - Mortgage Architects compliance with the Principles under Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, to:

Any staff person who receives any challenge of Mortgage Gate Corporation - Mortgage Architects compliance with the Principles under Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, or any other complaint regarding Personal Information shall immediately forward it to the Privacy Compliance Officer, Mortgage Gate Corporation - Mortgage Architects.
Upon receipt of any such challenge or complaint, the Privacy Compliance Officer shall:
1. Advise legal counsel of the complaint.
2. Together with legal counsel, investigate the complaint and determine whether all or part of it is justified.
3. Within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint, inform the individual of the determination(s), and if the individual is not satisfied, provide the individual with the name and address of the President of Mortgage Architects so that the individual can contact the President and provide the individual with copies of Appendixes A and B of this Policy.
4. If any part of the complaint is found to be justified, ensure Mortgage Architects takes the appropriate measures, which may include amending these Policies and Procedures.
If a person's inquiry or complaint is not resolved to his/her satisfaction, we request the person contact: The President , Mortgage Architects, at the above address. The person may also file a complaint with the federal government's Privacy Commissioner at 112 Kent Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 1H3, or in Quebec, contact the Commission d'accès à l'information , 575, St-Amable, Suite 1-10, Québec, PQ, G1R 2G4.
